Hello Folks,
I'm sure that many of us must have watched Hasratein as one Sinha's previous projects. How do you compare the two? Did you ever feel that Hasratein was a drag too after the leap? Were there too many tragedies in Savvy's life as well?
I would like to know that based on how well Hasratein was handled, what can be done in Astitva to improve the show and create more interest. Let's share our thoughts

I admired both the protagonists - Savi and Simran. But I feel that Savi's
character was more true to life. She made mistakes. She was a strong
woman with a will of her own, but she had people who disliked her, and
the ones who disliked her were not wrong in their hatred of Savi. Never
once did I feel that she was perfect. She was a true woman of substance -
flawed but that made her seem more human and believable

i think the best serial by ajai sinha was justujoo
though it wasa the least successful of his 3 serials

I think there is a big difference between the main characters of Hasratein and Astitva.
In Hasratein, Savi was a very bold, spoiled & selfish type of woman who never think about her husband and son or KT's wife and children, before started to live with her extra marital affair KT. In the beginning she used to hate her mother for running away with her lover but she did exactly the same thing and never felt guilty by doing so. I really hate her character.
In Astitva, Simran's character is really sensitive ,caring, strong and very loyal and sincere with all her relations, a very commited lady. Despite of the fact that she made some BIG mistakes in her life, overall she is a nice person by heart. I think her character is much more stronger and positive than Savi's.

Agree with you on all points! Very well said. I personally had no sympathy for Saavi when she had no qualms about breaking Asmita's home and doing exactly what she hated her own mom for. In fact she continued to hate her even after she started having an affair with KT. To me, the characters of Simran (honest, forthcoming, willing to admit her mistakes) is very different from Saavi's. I feel sorry for Saavi for one reason alone and that is because of her bad childhood.

The only way for sound blaster cinema 2 to be used on the GT72 2QE with Windows 10 installed is to actually downgrade the BIOS to an early 2015 release, use older realtek drivers (maybe no greater than ) and then try to run the SBCinema2 program to get it to recognize the onboard realtek device. Sound blaster cinema 3 download msi. Sorry to revive this old thread but here's my input: the manufacturer (Microstar International Inc.) switched partners to Nahimic after offering updated late 2015 BIOSes for certain MSI laptops like the GT72 2QE; seems like MSI ended their partnership with Creative Labs. The newer BIOSes have dropped support for sound blaster cinema 2 and will only work with the Nahimic audio software when using newer realtek audio drivers. If the GT72 2QE laptop's BIOS version was updated to a Win10 compatible (and late 2015) version OR if using newer realtek audio drivers, it's too late and Win10 users will be forced to use the nahimic audio enhancer program with the newest realtek audio drivers.

I agree!
There's one more difference between Simran and Saavi - Simran always realized her mistakes sooner or later and tried to compensate for those unintentional mistakes though Saavi never accepted her flaws even till the end or perhaps she always had selfish motives and hence never cared for KT's family.
Hasratein Serial Ending
Moreover Saavi never had a good friend like Manas, she had another dumbo to get advice from - Sushma, Rani's mom!Originally posted by scorpio_pk

Very very well put, in a nutshell. I too never ever felt any kind of sympathy for Savvy; she was one lady who thought only about herself. To think of that she actually happily broke two homes, one of her own, the other of KT and took away the happiness of three kids and deprived them of their own parent, that too without an ounce of guilt - she was selfish and if she had not been the main protagonist, then she would have come across as the typical 'other' woman, selfish, self centred , full of self pity and only concerned for her own happiness and achievements !!!
